The Coal Creek Heritage Society says the Montane trail network in Fernie has an open trailhead and parking lot on Montane Parkway, with an access trail to Montane Blue and Easy Beaver. A May 2026 update still describes bike use and maintenance on the network. Fernie Alpine Resort Bike Park and the Fernie Dirt Jump Park are separate records. The society office on 1st Avenue is not the trailhead.
