Essa Township’s August 2026 newsletter and Fall 2026 recreation guide describe the Baxter pump track as a current outdoor amenity for cyclists and riders. The 14 January 2026 capital budget places it at Baxter/Marshall Park (old water pump house) and does not print a civic number.

The pages that name the pump track do not print a civic number. Marshall Park’s playground listing at 6 Marshall Crescent does not name a pump track, so that number is not used.
