A little about the riding

The National Capital Commission says Gatineau Park has 90 kilometres of summer trails open to hikers and mountain bikers, typically from mid-May to the end of November, once the trails are dry. The visitor centre at 33 Scott Road, Chelsea, is the stated place to start, and the summer trail map is sold there. This is a trail network, not a lift-served resort. Camp Fortune's lift-served slopes are a separate record, and the page's fee sentence applies to those slopes.
