A little about the riding

L'Abbaye d'Oka says its mountain-bike site has more than 30 kilometres of maintained, signed trails, 31 of them from very easy to very difficult, reached from the north and south sides. The directions place the site at 1555, chemin d'Oka, with parking on both sides of the road. Day and season passes are sold, and riders 9 and under are free. The trails are open from 1 May to 30 November. The page does not describe a lift. This is a trail network, not a lift-served resort. The parc Optimiste pump track and the Sentier du Sommet in Parc national d'Oka are separate records.
