Trail network. The recreation page says the forest has over 80 miles of trails open to hikers, mountain bikers, and horseback riders, and that not all trails are open to all uses. That mileage was not stored as mountain-bike-only mileage. The forest page says the bridge on the 5½ Mile Trail is closed. The page does not say riders use a lift.
