Trail network. The page says the park has over 8 miles of blazed trails and that mountain biking is permitted on existing sand roads. Bicycles are not permitted on the cedar swamp section of the Nature Trail. Most trails around the historic village are described as fairly flat. The page does not say riders use a lift.
