Trail network. The page says there are 13 miles of mountain-bike trails off Rigby Forest Road in the Harris Hill Extension, with various loop trails that connect to the Earl Cardot Eastside Overland Trail, where mountain biking is also allowed. It says the system is a work in progress through volunteer stewardship and describes those miles and loops as existing. A possible wet-weather closure was not stored as a seasonal shutdown. The page also lists the Town of Ellington. The page does not describe a lift.
