The city says the skills park is on the southeast corner of Belle Isle, under the Lee Bridge, and that it helps beginners and intermediate cyclists practice skills. A separate one-mile mountain-biking loop was not filed as a trail network. The city hall street was not stored. The page does not say riders use a lift.
